Every new StallWise account starts with a 14-day free trial. You don't need a card to start. During the trial you get the full app, with room for up to 75 horses, 150 stalls and 15 users.
Haven't added a horse yet? If you have no horses in StallWise by day 10, we add a week to your trial (21 days in total) and let you know in your notifications. This happens once.
The plans (prices in US dollars):
- Starter: $59 a month or $590 a year. Up to 20 horses, 30 stalls, 5 users and 5 GB of storage. Includes the medication clearance calculator, horse and health records, stall assignments, invoices with online card payments, and a client portal where clients can see their horses and pay invoices. Staff management is not included.
- Professional: $149 a month or $1,490 a year. Up to 75 horses, 150 stalls, 15 users and 25 GB. Everything in Starter, plus the full client portal (booking requests and packages), financial management, staff management, training programs, and reports and analytics.
- Business: $299 a month or $2,990 a year. Unlimited horses, stalls, users and facilities, and 100 GB. Everything in Professional, plus support for more than one facility, payroll, profit-centre and training analytics, and priority support.
On every plan, the yearly price is ten times the monthly price.
Check your plan. Go to More > Settings and tap View Plan. During the trial you'll see Trial ends with the date and the number of days left. The screen also shows your plan limits and storage use.
When the trial ends. If you haven't subscribed by then, your account becomes read-only. You can still sign in and look at your records, but you can't add or change anything until you choose a plan. Your clients can still open their portal, but they can't send anything from it. Your data is kept, so once you subscribe you carry on where you left off.
