StallWise also turns a spoken note from the barn aisle into the health record, task and charge behind it, so the records get written and the extras get billed.
How much does StallWise cost?
Starter is $59 a month for up to 20 horses, Professional is $149 a month for up to 75 horses, and Business is $299 a month with no horse or stall limit. Annual plans cost ten months' price for twelve months. There are no per-horse fees. Card payments your clients make online carry a 0.5% platform fee on top of Stripe's processing; payments you record yourself carry no fee. Rescues and therapy programs get 30% off any plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required. There is no contract and you can cancel at any time from Settings.
Does StallWise work without cell signal in the barn?
Yes. Feeding, turnout, medication doses and task check-offs save on the phone when there is no signal and sync in order once it reconnects. A retry never records the same action twice.
Can I switch from BarnManager, Stable Secretary or EquestFile?
Yes. Upload the export from BarnManager, Stable Secretary, EquestFile or any spreadsheet. StallWise matches the columns, previews what every row will become, imports only when you confirm, and can undo any batch in one tap. Horses, clients, vaccinations, health, farrier and Coggins records and opening balances are supported.
Is StallWise available in Spanish?
Yes. The app runs in English and Spanish, and each staff member chooses their own language. Staff logins show only their own tasks and the horses in their care.
Where do boarders' online payments go?
Directly into your own Stripe account, which you connect during setup. On a $900 board payment the StallWise platform fee is $4.50.
Does StallWise run on a computer as well as a phone?
Yes. The web app and the iPhone, iPad and Android apps share one account and the same data, so the office can work on a desktop while staff use their phones in the barn.
