Invite a client 1. Open the client on the Clients tab and tap the pencil (Edit client). 2. Check the email address is right, then save the client. 3. Under Client portal login, tap Send invitation.
The client gets an email with a Set your password link that works for 7 days. They then sign in with that email on the StallWise iPhone app or app.stallwise.com. If they missed it, open the same screen and tap Resend invitation. To stop access, tap Disable login.
An email can only belong to one StallWise account. If the invitation fails because the email is in use, ask the client for another address.
What clients see - Home: what is coming up, their balance and unread messages. - Horses: only the horses where they are set as Owner. Each horse shows health records, vaccinations and a timeline of feedings, turnout, medications, farrier and vet work, charges and photos. Your internal material, such as staff task notes, behaviour incidents and barn expenses, is not shown. - Schedule: events involving them or their horses. They can Request a booking for a lesson or arena time. You approve or decline it under More > Facility Management > Booking Requests, and approving puts it on your schedule. - Billing: their invoices, apart from drafts. Pay invoice works for invoices you sent with Send with Stripe, after you connect Stripe in More > Payments (Stripe). - More: documents on their client record, Messages, Request a service, Change password and text messages.
Service requests arrive under More > Financial > Service Requests. When you approve, decline or complete a request, the client gets a message in the portal.
Texts. Only the client can turn texts on, with Text me updates under More in their portal. You cannot switch it on for them. If your StallWise cannot send texts, they see a note saying so and still get messages in the portal.
