Open More > Other > Feeding & Turnout. On the web app it is also in the left sidebar. The screen has two tabs: Feeding and Turnout.
Set up feeding 1. On the Feeding tab, tap +. 2. Pick the horse and the Feeding Time: Morning, Midday, Evening or Night. 3. Enter the Feed, Amount and Unit, plus any Supplements and Special Instructions. 4. Optional: pick the inventory item it Comes out of. Each feeding you log then takes that amount off your stock. 5. Tap Save Schedule. Add one schedule for each feeding.
Log feedings The Feeding tab is your daily checklist. Tap Mark as Fed for each horse, or Skip if a feed was held back on purpose. If you lose signal in the barn, logs are saved on the phone and sync when you're back online.
Missed feedings A feeding counts as missed if it isn't logged by these times (your barn's local time): - Morning: 10 am - Midday: 2 pm - Evening: 7 pm - Night: 11 pm
The Feeding tab then shows a banner such as "2 missed feedings today". The barn owner's account gets an alert in Notifications and on their phone. Unlogged feedings also show on the To-Do.
Feed chart More > Other > Feed Chart shows every horse's rations by feeding, with dietary notes. Search by horse or stall, or filter to one feeding time.
Turnout 1. On the Turnout tab, tap + to add a schedule. Pick the horse, the Pasture / Paddock, the day (or Every day), and the Out Time and In Time. Add blanket details or special instructions if needed. 2. Each day, tap Turn Out when a horse goes out and Bring In when it comes back. Currently Out shows who is still outside and for how long.
