How do I subscribe, change plan, cancel or get my invoices?

Buy or change your StallWise plan on the web, manage billing in Stripe, and why plans aren't sold in the iPhone app.

StallWise subscriptions are billed by card through Stripe. You buy and manage them on the web.

Plans are not sold in the iPhone app. On iPhone, the plan screen shows your plan and its limits, but there are no prices or buy buttons. To subscribe or make changes, sign in at app.stallwise.com in a browser with the same login. Your plan covers the iPhone app and the web.

To subscribe (on the web):

  1. Go to More > Settings and tap View Plan.
  2. Under Choose a Plan, pick Monthly or Yearly, then pick a plan.
  3. Tap Upgrade. Our secure Stripe checkout opens. If you have a promotion code, enter it there.
  4. Pay, and you're brought back to StallWise. It can take a moment for the new plan to show.

Billing starts on the day you subscribe. Any trial days you have left are not added on.

To change plan, cancel or update your card: once you're subscribed, tap Manage billing on the same screen. Stripe's billing page opens, where you can:

  • Switch plan, or switch between monthly and yearly billing. Stripe prorates the change, so you get credit for the unused time on your old plan.
  • Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. The plan screen shows Cancels on with the date. After that date, your account becomes read-only.
  • Update your card, and your billing name, email and address.
  • See your invoice history.

Moving to a smaller plan? Nothing is deleted. If you have more horses or stalls than the new plan allows, you keep them all, but you can't add more until you're back under the limit.

Paid through the App Store? If your plan screen says your subscription is billed through the App Store, manage or cancel it on your iPhone: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
