Running a business today means running a digital portfolio, whether or not you meant to build one. There is the website and the domains behind it. The online services and apps your customers use. Social media accounts and the campaigns running on them. Marketing plans, tracking links and the numbers that come back. Subscriptions billed through the App Store, Google Play and card processors. And for every position on the team, another set of contracts, logins and portals.
Each of those lives in its own system, and each system has its own idea of the truth. Keeping them in step is a job nobody was hired to do.
One command center
StallWise360 is the business software we built to do that job, first for ourselves and now for our clients. It brings the pieces of a digital business into one command center and manages them together, in unison, so every part of the business stays updated to the same state at all times.
In practice that means:
- Websites, domains and services in one view. What is running, where, and whether it is up. StallWise360 checks every site and server every minute and alerts the owner on a change. It is the same monitor behind our public system status page.
- Social media and marketing together. Connected social accounts, campaigns, templates and goals managed from the same place as the products they promote.
- Staff logins and portal access managed by role. Who can reach what, kept in one place instead of spread across a dozen admin screens.
- Plans, subscriptions and billing kept in step. App Store, Google Play and card subscriptions land in one record per customer, so entitlements stay correct wherever someone signs in.
- Support across every product. One help center and one ticket queue, with the customer's account already attached.
Why we built it
StallWise grew from one app to a family of connected products: practice management, a regulated pharmacy, breeding, barn management and medication clearance. Every new product brought another website, another app store listing, another billing account and another set of logins to manage. We built StallWise360 so that growth would add capability, not chaos.
It is also why our customers get one login across our apps and one subscription that follows them from iPhone to the web. StallWise360 is quietly doing that work underneath.
