Every horse business pays a hidden cost. The same horse, the same owner and the same treatment get typed into one system after another: the practice software, the pharmacy, the barn's records, the show paperwork, the invoice. Then someone spends an evening reconciling them by hand when the copies disagree.
We built StallWise to remove that cost.
Horse people first
StallWise Technologies is the professional and enterprise division of ShowSafe LLC, which makes the retail equestrian apps riders, owners and trainers carry to the barn and the show ring. We didn't come to horses from software. We came to software from horses.
One of our owners comes from a family with more than six generations in show jumping, showing at the Devon Horse Show in Pennsylvania since just after its founding in 1896, with roots in Thoroughbred racing, Standardbreds and many other disciplines. Our other owner comes from a multi-generational Standardbred and farrier family. Between us we have lived the barn aisle, the show office and the paperwork, and we know how much of a horseman's day goes to typing the same thing twice.
One ecosystem, not a pile of apps
So our products are designed as one connected ecosystem, where information goes in once and travels to where it is needed:
- A prescription written in VetPro arrives in the EquineVetRx pharmacy queue. One sign-on across both systems, with controlled-substance approval deliberately kept human.
- A medication logged in the barn is checked for clearance by ShowSafe Pro. The horse's own doses and weight are the input, so nothing is re-typed at the show office.
- Barn records feed billing. Care logged in StallWise becomes invoices and online payments into the barn's own Stripe account.
- One StallWise360 account sits underneath it all, keeping logins, subscriptions and support in step across every app.
Each product works on its own. Together, they stop asking you for the same information twice.
Built to be trusted
A connected system has to be a trustworthy one. Our engineering team's background is in enterprise, military and government networks, which is why role-based access and full audit trails are designed into each product rather than bolted on afterwards. And when you need help, you reach the people who build the software, by email, chat or phone. No bots.
That's the idea behind StallWise: software we would trust with our own horses, built so you can spend less time on the keyboard and more time in the barn.
